Communications Board
Here is Rick (WDØGFD), a local HAM operator, standing beside the tactical communications board (it's a map) at our emergency communications station at the annual Sandcreek Folklife Festival in Newton, Kansas. Several area HAM Radio clubs and other area HAMs get together to provide emergency communications for the event and get good communication practice.
